Welcome to Pranam Convention & Resort. By accessing our website, making an inquiry, booking our venue, attending an event, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Venue Bookings

• All bookings are subject to venue availability and confirmation by Pranam Convention & Resort.
• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and written confirmation.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, timings, guest count, and event requirements.
• Final guest counts and event requirements must be communicated within the timelines specified by the venue management.

2. Payments

• Booking advances and payment schedules will be outlined in the event agreement.
• All payments must be made on or before the agreed due dates.
• Additional services, facilities, damages, or event-related expenses incurred during the event may be billed separately.
• Applicable taxes and government levies will be charged as per prevailing regulations.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by the cancellation terms stated in the booking agreement.
• Pranam Convention & Resort reserves the right to retain applicable booking fees, administrative charges, or deposits.
• Date changes are subject to venue availability and management approval.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Ensure guests comply with venue rules and safety guidelines.
• Maintain decorum and lawful conduct during the event.
• Obtain any permits, licenses, or approvals required for event-specific activities.
• Ensure vendors engaged by the client comply with venue policies.

The client shall be responsible for any damage caused to venue property by guests, vendors, or event participants.

5. Venue Usage

• Venue access is limited to the agreed booking duration.
• Setup and dismantling activities must be completed within approved timelines.
• Any extension beyond the agreed schedule may attract additional charges.
• Certain areas of the property may be restricted for operational or safety reasons.

6. Decorations & Vendors

• Decorations must comply with venue safety standards.
• Open flames, hazardous materials, fireworks, or installations that may damage the property require prior written approval.
• External vendors may be permitted subject to venue policies and operational guidelines.
• Pranam Convention & Resort reserves the right to deny access to vendors who fail to comply with venue requirements.

7. Safety & Security

• Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by venue staff.
• The venue is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during an event.
• Management reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior threatens the safety, comfort, or experience of others.

8. Photography & Media

• Clients and guests may capture photographs and videos during events.
• By attending events at the venue, guests acknowledge that photographs or videos may be taken in public event areas.
• Pranam Convention & Resort may use venue-related event photographs for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pranam Convention & Resort shall not be liable for:

• Delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• Loss of business, revenue, profits, or indirect damages arising from venue usage.
• Actions or omissions of third-party vendors engaged by the client.

The total liability of the venue shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific booking.

10. Force Majeure

Pranam Convention & Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Utility failures
• Civil disturbances
• Acts of God

11. Website Usage

Users of our website agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Upload harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, images, text, and materials are the property of Pranam Convention & Resort and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
